报告内容:
Carbon nanomaterials refer to nanopowder or nanofiber produced from graphite by means of chemical vapor deposition, laser ablation, etc. They recently captured attentions from fields of aerospace, electronics, and construction. The primary materials of carbon nanomaterials are carbon nanotube (CNT), graphene, and carbon nanotube fiber. In particular, CNT became a major research subject due to high mechanical/electrical/thermal properties. In addition to CNT and graphene, carbon nanotude fiber have gained considerable attention attributable to remarkable mechanical/piezoresistive characteristics. In the present lecture, fabrication procedures of carbon nanomaterials-embedded composite materials are introduced and performances of the fabricated composites are demonstrated in terms of electromagnetic wave shielding, piezoresistve sensing, and piezoelectric sensing/harvesting properties.
